The most superior and unique characteristic of this Rosé wine is the usage of Tête de Cuvée method – which selects only the highest-quality juice obtained from the very first gentle pressing of grapes. On top, grapes were hand-harvested at dawn, and fermentation took place in French oak barrels, followed by 6 months of aging on fine lees. Specific plots from our boutique 1-hectare vineyard were chosen, where the Touriga Nacional and Cabernet Sauvignon varieties conveyed greater freshness, unique aromas, fresh and fruity flavors.
